ABOUT

I've been on the other side of the product

I started in customer support, where I learned to see products from the inside out and understand the real frustrations of the people who use them every day.

Over time, I expanded my role into research, product design, and automation. That's how I found my sweet spot: the middle ground between the user and the technical team, right where it's decided what gets built and why.

Today, I lead the design of SlothVet, an AI product for veterinarians, and I use artificial intelligence daily to build faster. At a time when tools are evolving at a breakneck pace, I remain convinced that the most important thing hasn't changed: understanding the person in front of the product.

Researched in the field

I've interviewed veterinarians inside real clinics, not just on Zoom calls. I know what it looks like when a product fails in the middle of a consultation.

Support-to-product pipeline

I managed 13,000+ support conversations before touching Figma. I don't guess what users struggle with. I have the data.

Design with a business lens

I've sold the product I design, at trade shows, on demos, through a CRM. That changes how you prioritize features and why.

EXPERIENCE

Real products. Real users. Real impact.

Since 2023 I've been part of Wakyma Innovation, a Spanish veterinary SaaS startup. There I've worked across two products, Wakyma Vets and SlothVet, taking on roles that go well beyond design.

Wakyma's flagship product, Wakyma Vets, is a cloud-based veterinary practice management software used by clinics, hospitals, and mobile vets across Spain.

I joined in customer support and grew into product design, with field research inside real clinics. Having also run sales, marketing, and automation is what lets me prioritize features by business impact, not just craft.

Over my time as product designer I've built and improved many sections of the software. Among all of them, two stand out: a full communication module with WhatsApp Business API integration for campaigns, appointment reminders, and chatbot flows; and the native integration of SlothVet into the Wakyma ecosystem, making AI tools accessible directly from the software vets already use every day.

SlothVet is the AI product for veterinary clinics we built inside Wakyma to give vets back the time admin steals from patient care. I've been on it from day one, as co-creator and product designer. The full story, with real adoption data and the decisions behind it, is in the case study.

Skills & Tools

Built for modern product teams.

A new tool drops every week. I've stopped trying to use them all. What I do focus on is the thinking behind the tool, because that's what turns any software into something that actually makes a difference.
